Thats a decent enough score for your setup, nice going. Nice oc on the gfx card. 8) Try Atitool (it will work on nvidia cards honest) it will keep increasing the oc till the pc crashes unlike ntune or whatever your using which woosies out early on the auto oc.

graphics cards are capable of taking ALOT higher temps than cpus, check the gpu core thermal slowdown settings i wager its set to over 100c, i'd worry if mine ever got that hot but 70c is perfectly ok matey.

cheers again mac ati tool took it to max core 683 @ 74c before freezing out and max mem 928 @ 77c before freezing out cheers i will let you know what it does with some new settings
